From 21 to 23 October 2026, HanoiTex & HanoiFabric 2026 took place at the Friendship Cultural Palace (ICE) in Hanoi, Vietnam. Shenzhen Boyan Commercial Equipment Co., Ltd. brought its K3 stack-type screen printing machine to Booth 3B13 and ran it live for all three days. From what the team recorded on site, there was hardly a moment from opening to closing when the machine was not surrounded by visitors.

2. Stack the platens, and you save more than floor space

Conventional screen printing runs along a long platen line, one station after another, and the footprint grows with every additional colour. The K3 takes another route: the platens are stacked, and the machine completes loading, printing and unloading in place. At the same output, the floor area drops sharply — for factories in Vietnam facing high rents and expansion that can only go upward, that difference often decides whether another line can be added at all.

On site the whole working chain was visible: manual loading at the infeed, the squeegee carriage travelling back and forth at the printing station, stacked unloading at the outfeed, and a three-colour signal tower on top showing machine status at a glance. Process parameters are set on the touch screen, so a changeover does not depend on finding the operator's "feel" again.

3. Printed samples speak for themselves

There was no wall of specification sheets. A full printed label sample hung on the side of the machine. After watching it run, visitors reached out to feel the sample — ink thickness, edge sharpness, registration accuracy — and formed their own judgement in seconds. For factories making labels, webbing and footwear materials, that is worth more than any brochure.

4. One aisle, one supply chain

Next door at 3B11 was Huizhou Libiaoxin Label Weaving — a maker of silicone heat-transfer labels, reflective labels and woven labels. Further along were webbing, lace and trim exhibitors. A buyer could walk one aisle and complete the loop of "see the material, see the machine, match the process". Machines placed alongside materials is what separates a textile and garment show like HanoiTex from a pure machinery fair: the equipment is not standing in isolation, it sits inside a real supply chain.

5. Northern Vietnam is growing a label and trim cluster

Textile and garment capacity has kept shifting north in Vietnam in recent years. As garment factories arrive, the supporting label, webbing, trim and printing operations have to follow. The demand is not "buy one machine and try it" but "buy it and run three shifts". That explains why the questions at the booth were less about price and more about lead time, spare parts, and who installs and trains.

Boyan has been at this since 2007 with one direction unchanged: moving textile screen printing from manual to automatic, and now toward intelligent. The K3 stack-type machine brought to Hanoi is exactly the model for factories with tight floor space, mixed orders and frequent changeovers.

6. After the show: turning samples into orders

When the three days ended, the team began following up sample requests by category — labels and trims, webbing, footwear materials and garment panels. For customers who need an evaluation, we send printed samples, cycle-time estimates and a floor-layout proposal together, validate on a small batch first, and then discuss a full line.
