K3 stack-type screen printing machine HD5080
A stacked structure for multi-colour screen printing: 200 platens are stored in layers; a robot picks a platen onto the conveyor, which carries it to a single print station for precise registration and printing, then back into the rack to surface-dry. The cycle delivers multi-pass single-colour and multi-colour changeover printing, replacing a conventional long platen line
- Minimal footprint
- Built-in surface drying
- Flexible colour changes
- Stable registration
- High printing efficiency
- Large area, high output
- Full-servo screen printing system
Three core structures
Platens stack vertically while the robot circulates them between rack and print station, so one machine performs every step of a conventional long line.
Four-zone stacked magazine
A vertical multi-layer store holding 200 platens, with its own air-purification cabinet and constant-temperature natural drying zone. Four stacked zones, each swapping infeed and outfeed; after a layer of ink the platen and substrate stack in the store to surface-dry, saving floor space, extending drying time and cutting energy.
Single print station
One screen plus squeegee unit, ideal for multi-pass printing on the same screen and 3D work, especially 3D/5D shoe uppers and 3D silicone heat-transfer labels. Changing screen and ink gives unlimited colours.
Heavy-duty robot + timing-belt conveyor
The robot takes an empty platen from the rack, places it on the conveyor to the print table, registers and prints it, then returns it to the rack to dry - up to hundreds of cycles, building printed layers up to 3mm thick.
Compared with a conventional manual platen
A manual platen line lays boards end to end along a long table, consuming a lot of floor space. The stack-type stores boards vertically, greatly shortening the machine. At just 8.8 x 3.62 m it matches a 180-metre conventional line in output.
High labour and floor-space costs
A skilled printer plus a long table means labour and space costs that compound over years.
Open platens are hard to keep dust-free
An open table lets dust settle on the substrate.
Yield comes under pressure
Dust contamination directly affects the pass rate.
Seven advantages
Minimal footprint
Platens stack vertically, so the machine is just 8.8m x 3.62m and floor space is used extremely well.
Built-in surface drying
The stacked zone has its own clean-air drying duct, so no long oven is needed: ink surface-dries naturally, saving power and keeping dust off the print.
Flexible colour changes
With a single print station, changing colour means changing the screen - the machine itself stays untouched.
Stable registration
Mechanical repeat positioning of ±0.02mm; multi-pass printing on one screen beats carousel machines, with no colour-count limit.
High printing efficiency
Measured 3D shoe upper output: about 300 impressions/hour with two squeegee strokes, 500/hour with one.
Large area, high output
Large effective print area - two shoe uppers fit on one platen.
Full-servo screen printing system
A full-servo screen printing system with digital, intelligent control makes the process repeatable: the same recipe reproduces reliably.
