K3 Plate Drying, Registration & Exposure All-in-One Machine

The K3 all-in-one unit combines plate drying, registration and exposure in a single pre-press machine for screen printing. Merging three separate machines removes the scattered footprint, wasted floor space and alignment drift of a conventional screen-making workflow, so print shops raise both throughput and accuracy.

  • Overview
  • One-stop screen-making solution
  • Accurate registration
  • 1:1 image fidelity
  • Faster drying cycle
Film-based registration
The film registration system guarantees accurate alignment: registration is completed at the exposure step, so no positioning error is introduced.

FEATURES

Key features

01

Overview

Five stacked drying drawers plus a 6kW hot-air circulation system dry the emulsion quickly. Film registration means every exposure is already in register. The vacuum-free vertical clamp eliminates mesh stretch and holds the image at 1:1 fidelity. A high-density UV-LED exposure system and a 6063-T5 aluminium base plate deliver high energy and even coverage. Suitable for garment printing, electronics, labels and promotional goods.

02

One-stop screen-making solution

Dries emulsion, registers multi-colour sets and exposes with LED in one unit - floor space saved.

03

Accurate registration

Image position is controlled at the source, keeping multi-colour work consistent.

04

1:1 image fidelity

No pattern stretch or shift, so dimensions stay exact and edges stay sharp.

05

Faster drying cycle

Forced-air circulation dries fast, shortening the screen-making cycle and raising capacity.

06

Higher exposure efficiency

UV-LED raises exposure speed and stability while cutting energy use.

07

Simpler operation

The human-centred layout cuts operating complexity - new operators get productive quickly.

08

Safer to run

A separate control cabinet keeps electronics away from heat and electrical interference.

APPLICATIONS

Applications

Applications

The K3 all-in-one unit is used at the pre-press stage of screen printing, combining emulsion drying, accurate multi-colour registration and LED exposure. It serves garment, label, footwear and webbing printing, signage, electronic components and PCB work where screen quality decides the print.

SPECIFICATIONS

Specifications

Three functions in one machineEmulsion drying, multi-colour registration and LED exposure in a single unit - floor space saved.
Lower capital costOne machine replaces three, freeing floor space and cutting total investment.
Five-drawer drying cabinetFive drawers hold more screens and make them easy to inspect and load.
High-speed constant-temperature hot airAn external 6kW circulation heater supplies constant hot air from ambient to 50C to dry emulsion quickly.
Film-based registrationThe film registration system guarantees accurate alignment: registration is completed at the exposure step, so no positioning error is introduced.
No vacuum neededNo vacuum blanket: mechanical spring pressure clamps mesh, film and glass together evenly.
High-fidelity outputRemoving the rubber blanket removes pattern distortion, holding the image at 1:1.
Efficient UV-LED exposureA high-density UV-LED array gives high power and enough energy for fast, even exposure.
Quality aluminium base plateA 6063-T5 aluminium plate is flat, dissipates heat fast and spreads energy evenly.
